Tariff

Tariff rent for the fully furnished and equipped apartments will be as follows:

Standard One bedroom apartment for single occupancy: US$40 per day.

Deluxe One bedroom apartment for single occupancy: US$50 per day.
For double occupancy extra US$6 per day will be charged on above rate.

Standard One bedroom apartment for single occupancy: US$800 per month.

Deluxe One bedroom apartment for single occupancy: US$900 per month.
For double occupancy extra US$150 per month will be charged on above rate.

For longer stay over three month; the tariffs shall be reduced accordingly.

However the above tariff includes daily maid service, 24-hour concierge, security guard, and other services provided by Mondala House.
